When they came, it wasn’t like thunder or lightning, they were just here. On the street, in the market. It was almost like they were always among us: integrated, but very, very different. But dogs didn’t like them, or cats. None of the “domesticated” animals liked them. There was a growling and hissing that was almost constant until six days ago when we all woke up and Rover and Tabby were nowhere to be found.
Yesterday morning I heard a little boy asked his mother when Sunny would come back. One of them heard.
I didn’t see him outside today.
Love it, I want to know what happens next.
